A 28–32 day residential program built for men who are done with cookie-cutter rehab. Small community. Licensed clinicians. Faith-centered healing that actually lasts.
Addiction thrives in isolation, shame, and the belief that you can handle it alone. These are the barriers keeping men stuck.
Willpower gets you through a week. Maybe two. But without addressing the trauma, the mental health issues, and the spiritual emptiness underneath, the cycle always restarts. Addiction is not a willpower problem.
You check into a facility with 60 other patients, get assigned a therapist you see once a week for 20 minutes, sit in group with strangers who rotate every few days. Nobody knows your name. Nobody notices when you are struggling.
You have looked into treatment before. Then you saw the price tag and convinced yourself you cannot afford it. But most men who call us discover their insurance covers significantly more than they expected. The real cost is doing nothing.
If you went through a program and relapsed, it does not mean recovery does not work. It means that program was not built for you. A program that addresses only the addiction without touching the mind, the relationships, and the purpose underneath is incomplete.
Addiction touches every part of your life. Recovery should too. Our Four Pillar approach treats the complete man, not just the substance.
A faith-centered foundation rooted in biblical truth. Church community engagement and spiritual formation that gives your recovery an anchor that holds.
Daily life skills training, health restoration, and building the physical disciplines needed to sustain freedom long after you leave our program.
Rebuilding broken relationships starts here. Community-based interpersonal tools for healing the connections that addiction damaged.
Recovery without purpose does not last. We help you discover meaningful life direction so you have something to walk toward, not just something to walk away from.
Over ten licensed clinical professionals who specialize in the issues that fuel addiction, not just the addiction itself.
A structured, intentional program that meets you where you are and walks with you every step of the way.
We learn your story. A comprehensive clinical assessment identifies co-occurring conditions, trauma history, and treatment needs. Your personalized plan starts here.
Individual and group therapy begins. EMDR and trauma-focused modalities address root causes. You settle into the community, build trust with your care team, and start the Four Pillar curriculum.
This is where the real transformation happens. Intensive therapy, relational healing, spiritual formation, and life skills development. You confront the issues that fueled your addiction.
Prepare for life after treatment. Aftercare planning, outpatient options, church partnerships, and ongoing support ensure your recovery has legs. You leave with a plan, not just a certificate.
Do not let cost be the barrier. We verify your benefits for free before you commit to anything.
Here is what makes The NewDay Center different from the programs you have already tried.
It depends on your insurance coverage, and that is exactly why we offer free insurance verification. Most men who call us are surprised by how much is covered. We accept Cigna, Anthem, Humana, MDWise, Beacon, and Medicaid. Call us at (317) 291-1967 and we will check your benefits in minutes. No obligation.
Yes, The NewDay Center integrates a Christian worldview into our evidence-based treatment. We believe recovery is strongest when it has a spiritual foundation. That said, you do not need to arrive with strong faith. Many men come in with questions and doubts. We meet you where you are and let the journey unfold naturally.
That is one of the most common things we hear. And it usually means the program was not the right fit, not that you are broken. Our small community, personalized care, dual diagnosis treatment, and faith-centered approach reach places that larger, more generic programs cannot. A failed program does not mean failed recovery.
Our residential program is 28-32 days and requires full-time commitment. This is intentional. Addiction does not take a half-measure, and neither does real recovery. After residential, we offer outpatient programs that allow you to transition back to work while continuing treatment. Many employers are required to hold your position under FMLA.
Recovery does not stop at discharge. We offer outpatient treatment, post-treatment programs, and church partnerships to keep you connected and supported. Your aftercare plan is built during your final week so you leave with a clear path forward, not just a goodbye.
Yes. We offer transportation assistance to help you get to our facility in Indianapolis. Do not let logistics be the barrier to getting help. Call us and we will work out the details together.
Yes. The NewDay Center residential program is designed specifically for men. We believe men recover differently in single-gender environments where they can be fully honest, build authentic brotherhood, and focus entirely on their healing without distraction.
Dan conceptualized The NewDay Center in the late 1990s after teaching through Exodus at his church and witnessing men in his congregation struggle with addiction. After 20+ years in pastoral ministry, he formally established NewDay in 2007 to bridge the gap between clinical treatment and faith-based healing.
Dan has authored six books on recovery and healing, and his vision drives every aspect of the program: that every man deserves personalized, whole-person care in a community that knows his name.
You have been thinking about this for a while. The fact that you are still reading means something inside you is ready. Trust that. Pick up the phone.
